Lunch: Remember to bring a packed lunch that suits your dietary preferences. Make sure it's well-balanced and includes items like sandwiches, fruits, vegetables, and a source of protein. Don't forget any necessary utensils or containers! Please note: We do not have access to fridges, lunches will be in an air conditioned classroom.
… Speaking of eating and food - Make sure you have a full breakfast! We are a sports camp so it is important to eat before camp begins!Field Hockey Shoes or Cleats: To ensure proper grip and stability on the field, wear sneakers, turf shoes or cleats. They offer the necessary traction and support for quick movements. IF it looks like it may rain, please be sure to also bring sneakers in case we have indoor space to play where molded cleats are not allowed.
