Field Hockey Equipment

If you are signed up for one of our programs and have questions about what equipment is needed here are some more details.

We ask that all players come to all our programs in comfortable clothes and sneakers or turf shoes. Everyone needs to bring a water bottle with plenty of water for the length of the session.

In terms of field hockey equipment players should have their own shin guards and mouth guard. Goggles are not required, though they are allowed.

We suggest that all players come with their own stick, but if you are new to field hockey or just trying it out we do have loaner sticks. Let us know before your first session and we’ll have a stick ready for you!
