Preseason Prep Camp

Half-day camp focused on conditioning, fundamentals, and game-speed decision-making before tryouts.

  • We prioritize more than just field hockey. Our approach to coaching emphasizes creativity, decision-making, and teamwork in a supportive environment. Every camp incorporates fun scrimmages, fast-paced games, and meaningful leadership lessons, ensuring your athlete grows holistically.  

  • We weave our Play Beyond the Game curriculum into every camp, teaching valuable life skills like resilience, teamwork, and focus. Through engaging discussions, leadership activities, and hands-on experiences, campers learn lessons they’ll carry beyond the field. Discover how we integrate these lessons into our sessions here.  

  • Our camps expand on our three levels of play to meet athletes where they are: Beginner*, Development, Academy, and Performance.

    *For summer, we break down the Development level further for newer players, ensuring every athlete has a fun, challenging, and rewarding experience.
